Great service, very fast, good food. Only bad thing is no delivery

They are very nice and the place is clean. I got the General Tso’s chicken and it was disappointing. Overly sweet, one dimensional sauce. I want to like it, I just can’t. Will give them a try with something else, but it will be awhile.

I don't know why I love this place. Kind of a hole in the wall but have always had really good food. You can dine in during non- Covid times but carry out only now. Love the special fried rice and wonton soup (although I spruce it up a bit when I get home) last night we had the 4 season and were surprised at how good it was. The eggrolls are not my favorite but are Ok. I know they have a lot of repeat business.

This is my favorite Chinese food place! They are friendly and accurate with my order! I've been going to this place since it first moved into Medina! I've never had a bad meal!!!!

The food was good just like most other Chinese take out. A certain worker was very rude and unfriendly. Not sure why she feels it's ok to talk this way to the people who are responsible for any success this restaurant has.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE : My husband called in to place an order and the lady was rushing him off the phone when he wasn't even done placing the order. Then she said " your address is too far, will you be ordering more than $30.00? Then when he asked what the total was, she said $25.00 and he asked her how is the total $25.00 for 2 combos and she replied " Do you want the order or not? " poor customer service, she clearly does not have any proper etiquette. To treat someone like that over the phone is completely unacceptable. My family and I will not be ordering from this place ever again. Then when I called back to ask her name to file a complaint she hung up on me.

Customer service is trash. Highly don’t recommend the Pineapple Chicken, won’t be what you expected when you get it and the chicken looks like actual cat .

Worst customer service I have ever had. Driver could not find my apartment at first. Then told me the driver was at my apartment even though I was standing outside waiting on him. Never saw a driver. Also when I told them to just cancel my order she hung up on me. Worst place ever.

Best affordable Chinese take out in Medina. Better tasting than hop ping, but cheaper than House of Hunan. Their service is impeccable.

This is the one to go for take out. We buy one meal and share it and still have leftovers. Never had a bad meal. Try it.

Decent place, being from Arizona I was hoping to get some great east coast Chinese food but found this place to be not quite like that. Clean inside and out, good customer service, plenty of menu options to choose from. Food is good, average and the prices are good.

The owners are friendly, attentive, professional. The food is hot, delicious, large portions, and filling. It is my favorite place for Asian food in Medina.

Lets just say: ill stick to the chinese places in Michigan. The chicken fried rice was skimpy as hell with the chicken. There was more breading than chicken on the sweet and sour chicken. Only thing that was good out of the 3 things I got was the crab wontons. And i paid about $20 for all this? Disappointed. Another thing I want to add is: when i ask how big a portion is, don't answer with the price and when I say it another way, don't say the price again but louder as if I didnt hear you the first time..

This is by far the best Chinese Restaurant around. Their food is always fresh and insanely good. I have had dozens of different dishes here. The crab Rangoon - amazing. Egg Rools good. Fried Dumplings amazing. Sweet and sour chicken, general Tso, Lo mein, any dish is seriosuly great. You will not be disapointed. I have been going here for 5+ years, They have never messed my order up once; in fact they throw in some extras (free egg rolls or some thing from time to time) Excellent food, excellent service. Couldnt say more about this place being clean, tasty, and friendly. It blows everything out of the water in Chinese carry-out.

This small business has been a staple in Medina for many years. Have always had great food and service.

Ordered via website. The website was easy to use and navigate (even let's you customize level of spice). Food was non greasy and excellent. Recommend trying the Singapore Noodles if you want a filling meal with lots of variety.

Love this place, usually come about once a month to get dinner for the family and the lady working the counter always remembers my order. Very nice people, and the food’s always good. Have never had a bad experience here.

Best Chinese food

We have been here two times and both times were horrible! Both times we ordered something different from the lunch menu but we always get sick for a few days, the food is not good at all. Also little did they know I understand Chinese and they like to talk smack about their customers! I will NEVER come back here again, not wasting my money or time to give them a third chance especially when they are very rude and the food is just horrible.

The main lady that works there is very rude and unprofessional I've never actually ate there and don't plan on it I've picked up for uber before and orders are never ready! Plus her kids are always there and unprofessional all around!!
